These terms of use govern the relationship between Dragonflow OÜ (hereinafter “CosmoKit”) and a user registering on the platform (hereinafter “practitioner”). To agree to these terms, you must confirm your acceptance when registering on the platform.
CosmoKit is a SaaS platform that lets practitioners:
3.1. The practitioner is the data controller for their clients' personal data (name, birth date, etc.) within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3.2. Dragonflow OÜ acts as a data processor for a practitioner's clients' data (GDPR Art. 28). These terms constitute a proper data processing agreement between the parties.

If a practitioner sells paid reports through their widget, the platform collects the buyer's entered email address in order to deliver the report, and stores it in data linked to the practitioner's account, where the practitioner can view and use it (e.g. to grow their own client list, including via MailerLite or a similar service). The practitioner is themselves responsible for the further use, retention, and GDPR compliance of these email addresses — including having a legal basis to send marketing emails to buyers (e.g. clear consent) and making an unsubscribe option available to buyers.
3.6. If a practitioner uses the Daily Energy widget's email collection feature, the platform always stores the visitor's entered email address and name (and, if given, birth date) in data linked to the practitioner's account, where the practitioner can view and download subscribers. Connecting the practitioner's own MailerLite account is an optional extra feature for automatically adding the same subscribers to the practitioner's MailerLite list — it is not a requirement or obligation for using the platform.
3.7.A practitioner can permanently delete their account and all related client data at any time via the Settings page (“Danger zone”). Deletion is final and cannot be undone.
3.8. The Clients view combines the data referred to in points 3.5 and 3.6 (email addresses, names and birth dates collected through different widgets and report orders) into a single client profile for the practitioner, and uses the entered birth date to show the practitioner a reminder on the dashboard when a client's birthday is approaching. This is an additional way of displaying and organizing existing data, not the collection of a new category of data — the practitioner's responsibility described in point 3.3 (having a legal basis to process data, including to contact a client) also applies to the use of data shown through this view.
3.9.If a Daily Energy widget visitor gives CLEAR separate consent when leaving their email (“Yes, send me my personal energy by email every day”), the platform automatically sends them a daily email with their personal day's energy content, calculated from their entered birth date, together with a link to the practitioner's widget. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and consent can be withdrawn at any time — simply leaving an email without ticking this checkbox does not give such consent and does not result in recurring emails. The practitioner's responsibility described in point 3.3 also applies to this processing.
3.10. In the Clients view, a practitioner can add free-form notes and tags to a client's profile. These are content the practitioner writes themselves, not data collected from the client, and are stored the same way in the Convex database on the practitioner's behalf and instructions. Because the notes field is free text, the practitioner is responsible for not entering personal data there (e.g. health information or other sensitive details about a client) that they have no legal basis to process — the confirmation described in point 3.3 applies to this content too.
Free plan: up to 3 reports (lifetime limit) and 1 active widget — the core calculator (Life Path, Expression number and other Pythagorean core numbers). Their interpretation texts are shown as the platform's default text — writing your own wording isn't possible on the Free plan (the exception is a practitioner's own custom numbers, where writing your own text remains allowed on every plan). Daily Energy and Yearly analysis widgets cannot be created on the Free plan. The Free plan does not include white-label branding.
Pro plan: €33/month. Includes unlimited widgets and reports, white-label branding, the ability to write your own interpretation text for the core numbers, and the Daily Energy widget (uses the platform's default texts). Writing your own interpretation text for Daily Energy and the Yearly analysis widget itself are Pro Master plan features (see below). Cancel at any time: the service is not refunded for the current billing period, but the next period is not billed.
Pro Master plan: €55/month. Includes everything in the Pro plan, plus the ability to write your own interpretation text for the Daily Energy widget, the Daily Energy widget's daily automatic email, and the Yearly analysis widget (along with its interpretation texts). Cancellation and billing terms are the same as for the Pro plan.
Every practitioner can create a personal referral code from their dashboard. A new practitioner who joins through the code gets a 30-day free trial. If that practitioner starts paying, the code's owner (the referrer) earns 20% of their monthly fee for up to 12 consecutive paid months, counted from actually paid invoices, not calendar months.
Condition for earning commission: the referrer must THEMSELVES be an active paying CosmoKit member (Pro or Pro Master plan) while the commission accrues. If the referrer drops to the Free plan or cancels their subscription, no commission accrues for the months during which they themselves are not a paying member — commission already paid out is not reclaimed. If the referrer later rejoins as a paying member within the same 12-month window, commission accrual continues from where it left off.
Commission is paid into the referrer's own Stripe account, the same one they already use to receive their clients' report payments — CosmoKit does not make separate payouts in any other way.
The platform calculates loyalty points based on a practitioner's activity (reports sold, clients served, widgets created, your own interpretation texts, practitioners who joined via referral code, membership tenure), where reports sold and clients served carry more weight than the others. Based on the point total, an automatic monthly fee discount (up to -20%) may apply to the practitioner, applied to the subscription as a Stripe coupon.
Condition for receiving the discount: the practitioner must THEMSELVES be an active paying CosmoKit member (Pro or Pro Master plan) while the discount is in effect — the same principle described for referral commission in point 5. If the practitioner drops to the Free plan, the discount no longer applies; the tier already earned doesn't disappear, and the discount automatically reactivates when the practitioner returns as a paying member. The discount is not retroactive and does not affect payments already made.
Dragonflow OÜ may change the loyalty program's terms (including point thresholds, category weights, and discount amounts) or end the program at any time. A discount already applied for a current billing period will not be reduced retroactively; changes apply to future periods.
The platform's code, design and system know-how belong to Dragonflow OÜ. Texts and branding entered by the practitioner themselves belong to the practitioner.
CosmoKit provides the service on an “as is” basis. Dragonflow OÜ is not liable for damage arising from service interruptions, data loss due to force majeure, or GDPR violations caused by the practitioner against third parties.
Dragonflow OÜ may change these terms. For significant changes (e.g. to data processing terms, fees, or the practitioner's obligations), the practitioner is shown a confirmation notice when logging into the dashboard, and must re-accept the new terms to continue using the service. For minor clarifications and editorial changes (e.g. making wording clearer without changing anyone's rights or obligations), no separate confirmation is requested.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled in Harju County Court.
