Numbers Found Me Long Before CosmoKit Did
The first number I ever calculated by hand wasn't for a client. It was mine — a kid sitting on the floor with my best friend, flipping through a thin Soviet-era booklet called Kosmilised numbrid ("Cosmic Numbers," Milvi Koplus, Perioodika). We added up the digits of our birth dates, line by line, reducing them down to a single number exactly the way the booklet told us to.
It wasn't a five-minute curiosity. You had to work through the entire booklet before you reached the pages that told you who you'd supposedly been in a past life. Mine: apparently an ice researcher or teacher in England. I don't remember how seriously I took that part — but I remember exactly what it felt like to calculate something about my own life and get back a story that felt... right.
The book's own logic was simple and a little mystical at once: numbers are how the cosmos talks to you about why you're here. And if you live your life well, your astral body earns a longer rest before the next round. As a kid, I didn't think about any of that philosophically. I just thought: "wait, this is actually interesting."
That was long before I'd ever heard of Human Design which I've also investigated thoroughly. Numerology got to me first.
And it didn't stop at numbers
If I'm honest, that wasn't a one-off. As a teenager I genuinely wanted to become a witch. I read spell books. I practiced something I called "the alpha state" — which, looking back, was meditation and self-hypnosis, long before I had those words for it. One corner of my childhood bedroom was covered in cut-out pages about what different plants magically meant.
I wasn't "the mysterious kid." I was just a curious one, looking for systems that could help me understand what I was even doing here.
Why that matters if you're considering CosmoKit
I'm not a numerologist. There's no certificate on my wall. What I do have is a lifetime of curiosity — from the kid on the floor with a booklet to, today, building a platform that helps real practitioners (numerologists, diviners, coaches) hand their own clients that same sense of discovery I felt years ago, just in a modern, beautiful, professional form.
CosmoKit didn't come out of a market study. It came out of the same childhood curiosity that once had me sitting on a floor adding up numbers — except now I have the tools to make that available to everyone who wants to offer it to their own clients.
